What is your favorite Bratwurst?

From which region of Germany do you prefer? I was in Thuringia as well as Frankfurt and it as much better in Thuringia. So is it also different in other areas as well?

Well I love Thuringen best but their are other good ones, I hear Bavarian is also good I know I did not care for them in Berlin or Hamburg or Frankfurt as I did in Thuringia.

I am sure some native here can tell you some different spices and such as to why they are different!

They all have a differtent taste, because some of them  are made of pork some of them of chicken, or veal etc. and the spices are different too.

I prefer Feine Bratwurst and Thüringer.

My favourites are the Thüringer and the Nürnberger too.

Well I like

1) Krakauer (real meat with garlic. called after the polish town Krakow) my favourite

2) Schinkenwurst ( real meat)

...

Thüringer ( spieced lard with oat) also "Nürnberger Roastbratwurst" same but smaller -- not worse in taste, but ... .

Frankfurter the same like Wiener are boiled not grilled.

And perhaps sometimes I am addicted to Currywurst.
