Every time I buy Chinese food, one of the orders is ALWAYS shrimp w/ garlic sauce. But in all Chinese food places, in this platter, there is less shrimp and more sauce. But the sauce is VERY good with the rice!

Moo Goo Gai Pan is also great. It's mainly chicken and mushroom in an amazing sauce with carrots on the side.
