What is your favorite Dominican dish and how do you prepare it?

Hi Dominican4ever !,

How do you do? well I hope. Well to answer your cuisine question, I must say that I love "Lambi" (sea food) and prepared " a la Criollo" or " a la vinegreta" but I preferred it prepared with a white sauce base with a bit of garlic and not with rice but with potatoes (puree) all this served with a good white wine... hummmmm  It makes me hungry (hihihihi).

To prepare the lambi it is like a secret that some people know from their mother and I'm only the innocent eater who like it very much!
