When I worked at the Chateau Lacombe back in the 80's, I liked a place called Teddy's on Jasper Ave, and a chinese place on 98th and 102, called Panda Garden,

I don't konw if they still exsist but as I was there for 2 1/2 yrs, I have had numerous offers to return to Alberta, I am in the IT industry now a Systems Engineer, but I see the housing issues out there and that keeps me in Ontario

Cafe Deville! It's located on Stony Plain Road and Jasper Ave. It has amazing food and the atmosphere inside is awesome. The perfect date restaurant!

Another really good restaurant is Unheardof. I'm not sure what street but its on Whyte Ave. It's a little on the pricier side but again there is amazing food there, especially if you get the table d' hote so you get to try a little of everything. Its not much to look at from the outside but is definitely one of my fav's!
