What is your favorite Hamburger Helper mix?

Mine's is the Classic Cheeseburger Macaroni.

We recently tried the Easy Bake Cheesy Ham and Hashbrown it wasn't too bad.  But I really like the Bacon Cheeseburger

I like the cheesy enchilada. But I dress it up. I start with a chopped onion and minced garlic an cook it with the hamburger.  After the fluids, sauce mix and rice are added, I add  a can of red beans or kernel corn. Goes farther and can't really tell it's hamburger helper.

Stroganoff.   add a little extra sour cream, and some fresh chopped flat leaf parsley just before serving, and it's delish!  

i also use ground turkey instead of ground beef,

and it REALLY cuts back on the calories and fat grams.  

i've taken this (tripled the recipe) to potlucks,

and everyone raves over it.
