What is your favorite Mexican liquor/food?

Since I'm going on the 19th w/ my bf to his fav mexican resturant.I wanted to know what is your favorite food & liquor?

P.S has anyone got to la castina?

Liquor: Don Ramon Tequila

Drink: Raspberry Margarita's

Food: Chicken Flautas (w/ extra cilantro - I forgot about Chile Relleno... that is so fargin' good!)

If you plan on having cocktails, I would recommend staying away from Jose Cuervo. Pick a Tequila that's made from 100% blue agave tequila. Sauza & Cabo Wabo are both tasty and economical.

Shredded beef enchaladas are the best.  I'm not much of a drinker but my sister loves Patron in margaritas.

Chile Rellinos

It's a pepper stuffed with hamburger, cheese, rice and sometimes potato's. Breaded and deep fried! It is so good! I like a Corona or Modelo they are both Mexican beer! (with lemon)
