A good fresh guacamole, some shrimp or red snapper ceviche, and some freshly fried tortilla chips, and a Margarita straight up.............I'm in Seventh Heaven!

Seafood enchilada with salsa verde, a side of refried beans with manchgo, and Mexican rice. It's my absolute favorite. But it has to come from a local restaurant, El Guadalajara.

Taquitos, I think.  h**l, anything with cheese works for me.

And a really good guacomole!  But isn't Mexican food all the same stuff just served in different variations of tortillas?

i love nachos not just any nochos but EXTREME nachos with beans, onions ,jalepenos , spiced meat, salsa ,olives ,cheese ,tomatoes, cheese sauce and sour cream
