  2. HOMEMADE MENUDO... HMMMM ITS SOOO GOOD... ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER... ITS FUNNY BECAUSE I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO ATE IT UNTIL THEY FOUND OUT THAT "TRIPE" WAS ACTUALLY COW STOMACH... LOL..

  3. I would have to say 7 Seas soup (a soup made with seafood), tacos de Tripa(cow intestines), tacos de Cabesa(cow cheeks) sounds gross but mmmmm.. good. Also the Ceviche is good (pickeled fish).

  4. big cheesy chiles rellenos are the bomb!

  5. tortilla soup...yum!

  6. Burritos, lots of melted cheese & just about anything else..

  7. Southern New Mexico's Stacked Enchilladas with fried egg on top.

  8. A big puffy Tostado salad, or fajitas

  9. mothers tacos!

  10. Taquitos, Tamales, and Tacos!!!!
