I'm a big fan of these and almost completed my first novel in a 2 series. I've read all of Laurell K. Hamiltons novels, and Stephanie Myers novels. I've read most of Sherrilyn Kenyon's and all of Patricia Briggs. I've read Chris Green's and so many more. I need some new stuff to read, lol.

  1. this is more of paranormal, it's the "odd thomas" series by dean koontz

  2. The only book I have read in the past 15 years, besides for school of course, is "If Democrats had any Brains, They'd be Republicans" and just started "How to talk to a Liberal" both are by the ever so gracious Ann Coulter. I would also like to read Bill O'reilly's "Culture Warrior."

I would never waste my time on a fictional novel. If you would like a good Paranormal Book, check out "A Parapsychologist's Handbook" by Loyd Auerbach. I had to do a little research and found it helpful.

  3. Try Kim Harrison's Rachel Morgan series, about witches, vampires, demons, etc.  Really good series.  There's Kelly Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series about werewolves, etc.  Charlaine Harris has a series about Sookie Stackhouse, full of vampires and shapeshifters - HBO is making it into a series called Trueblood that I'm anxiously awaiting.  And there's Laurell K. Hamilton, who has several series, but my favorite is about a necromancer, Anita Blake who has a vampire lover.

  4. My Life At Rose Red By Ellen Rimbauer

  5. For vampire stuff, I love almost anything by Anne Rice. She does a very good job of making the case of very human denial of humanity within vampires.

I like some of the White Wolf novels for the werewolf stuff.

As far as paranormal novels go, there's a Young Adult Fiction piece called "The Crossover" that I rather liked.

There's some others, too, such as "The Girl With the Silver Eyes" and "Firestarter" that I like, and while they're excellent books, they're not my favorites.

  6. i love the new novel "twilight" by stephenie meyers. i've also read its sequel, "new moon". the first novel tells us about the vampire. the main character has this relationship with a vampire boy. and on the second book, the vampire left her and she began make friends with the werewolves.

  7. I don't read the new teen vampire fiction, but I loved Harry Potter, the Anne Rice novels, and Robin McKinley's 'Sunshine'.

  8. Twilight (stephenie meyer).. im addicted to it ^^ i think ive read it like 20 times lol (and yay the new book is coming out!) =] its about a girl called Bella Swan who moves to a town called Forks and Her life is totally changed when she meats a mysterious boy called Edward Cullen..... :P Yesh i advise anybody to read it if they havnt yet, or even wait for the movie? (its a vampire story :) ) You might of read it already but oh well lol =]

  9. If you want to read a vampire novel, you should start from the beginning with Bram Stoker's Dracula. It's one of those books that you will either love or hate, but it is definitely worth the read. The story is a compilation of the characters' diary entries in chronological order, so you, as the reader, are figuring out the mystery of Dracula along with them. I highly recommend it.
