What is your favorite Vietnamese food?

Pho seems to be the most popular. I like Mÿ Quång, Bánh bèo, Bún bò Hué .. These are popular in central highlands.

Pho, Bun bo hue.. I can't pass by Canh chua ca bong lau, that's my fav meal for lunch, my mom knows that and often cooks for me :-)

I like bánh mì thit nguôi, bánh xèo, bánh cuôn, chã giò... I like all Vietnamese food.  Yum yum... now I'm hungry

i love banh xeo, pho, chia gio, banh beo(my grandma makes the best), and pretty much all vietnamese food =)

wow...the answers are so tame. Is it because you guys have lived in america your whole life? What about bun rieu? or banh xeo? pho is just generic fare. The asker at least threw out more exotic suggestions.

If I didn't say Bún bò Hué my wife would shoot me, ha.  She is from Hue and a great cook.  cheers
