Out of the shows you listed, Tsubasa Chronicles for sure. (God, I'm such a sucker for CLAMP... though Bee Train completely screwed up the second season.... thank god I.G. Productions got their hands on the OVA and redeemed the show, in my eyes at least).

My favorite would probably be D.Gray-man. But I also really enjoy Bleach, Naruto, Naruto Shippuuden, Inuyasha and Soul Eater.

If you havent seen D.Gray-man or Soul Eater you should because they are really good ongoing animes even though Soul Eater is only scheduled for like 51 episodes
