  1. I love lemongrass and grapefruit, and frankincense ( a tie)


  2. My favorite is peppermint. I use it when I get sick. It's like a cough drop it feels so good in your throat and chest. But I also keep a first aid kit of oils in my purse. Birch, cypress, tea tree, lavender, helachrisum, peppermint, black pepper and lemon. My midwife whom I get my oils from also wrote a book. Aromatherapy Speaking to the seasons of women's lives.   3. Neroli oil it'll put u to sleep in a minutes, just one drop in the back of your neck. expensive too. smells great!  If interest you can buy it off from my teacher who is an aromatherapy expert.  He wrote a book came out last year by Jimm Harrison.  you can get on eBay i think.

  6. My favorite is Chamomile essential oil.  It's very relaxing and has a nice smell almost like in an apple orchard surrounded by trees full and ripe of apples.  If your stressed out it's a very good thing to put a few drops in your bathwater when you take a bath.

  7. depends on what I'm wanting to achieve, but overall Clary Sage seems to be the overall good for everythingy.

  8. Lavender. I used to ove the citrus ones too until I made the mistake of putting orange in my bath while shaving and nicked my leg Can we say OUCH?!?!?!?

  9. I like to mix mandarin and peppermint when I feel drained  and when I cant sleep  i use chamomile

  10. My favorite oil is Tea Tree Oil. It helps with my allergies,insect bites and especially poison ivy outbreaks.

  11. Lavender-Its also relaxing. I get the body mist too and spray our pillowcases !! Makes for a good sleep.
