What is your favorite authentic Mexican food?

mine is Tacos al pastor, if you have never tried them i would really recommend it.

Pozole, chicken pozole though!! And tomatillo salsa on everything!! The pozole NEEDS to have radishes, cilantro, and white onions on top with a side of tostadas spread liberally with ALL NATURAL SOUR CREAM.....And barbacoa tacos!! SEE NOW I"M HUNGRY!!!:) Have a great night!

Pozole, mole poblano, chile rellenos are my top 3.  Actually I'm thinking of a whole lot more!  Like, molcajetes and volcanes, enchiladas, now I'm wishing I was back in Guadalajara eating all these yummy dishes!

I love Christmas tamales. There's a lady that drives up here from Mexico and sells her tamales around Christmas. She makes a killing!

Tamales the rest of the year are pretty bland, or made by old white ladies. :P

The coffee.  Mexican coffee has an amazing flavor.  I'm not a coffee lover but I can drink theirs all day.

I love going to a little Taqueria where they hardly speak any english and get their carne asada tacos.  Pork tacos are my second fav.  They. Are. Amazing!!
