The Amur Tiger

For solitary animals, they can show a tremendous amount of affection to their keepers.  That, and they can weigh over 700 pounds, yet still move completely silent.

I love all cats, but I have to say the lion is my favourite. They are just so beautiful, majestic and noble. They are also unique among cats in being so social - they hunt and raise their young as a co-operative unit. Definitely deserving of the title of King of Beasts in my book.

White Bengal Tiger

I wish I could put into words why, but ever since I saw a photo of one when I was about 5 I've been TOTALLY obsessed!

They are just so majestic! :)

LIGER!

-people don't think they're real b/c of napoleon dynamite but they are. they don't have magical powers but they're still cool b/c they're the biggest cat. they're half lion/half tiger and they can get over 10 feet or something.
