  1. when i was a kid, the game of life... i thought that was how i watned to live lol

now scrabble because I kick *** at it.

  2. I really enjoy playing scrabble, I live in Canada and my family live in England so playing scrabble online together keeps it feeling as though we are not that far apart.

  3. Clue ... because I love accusing Col. Mustard.

  4. chess. it tests/shapens your intelligence and reasoning ability.

  5. I LOVE TO PLAY MONOPOLY! It involves money and I find it interesting how you can buy and sell and make the board game seem like a real life job.

  6. Yahtzee - it's the best - It's still my fav today!

  7. when i was a kid i loved snakes and ladders.  easy to play, and i won on a fairly equal basis to my sister.  my sister loved mastermind, i cant even remeber how to play it.

today, with  family of my own, we have "family fun night" once a fortnight, where we bring out the board games, and order takeaway.  its been a wonderful way to relive our own childhoods and connect with our kids.  my favorite today is monopoly, both the regular version as well and the junior.

Both my husband and i always wanted "mousetrap" when we were growing up, and so we bought it "for the kids".  we were so dissapointed in it after building it up in our minds all these years.  actually, even the kids dont play it much.  happy gaming everyone.

oops, i cant believe i forgot my favorite board game!!!!!!  my husband and i met online playing backgammon.  its got to be my favorite becasue i won my hubbys heart with it.

    and beat him.  lol.

  8. Well going back as far as I can remember I liked to play Clue, Sorry, Life and Operation.  As I got older I liked Monopoly.  I remember my brother and I would play with friends and family way into the early morning hours, with no end in sight with that game.  Oh yeah, I remember UNO was one of my favorites too, but I guess that's really not a board game.  When pictionary came out, that was really fun, but now I don't really have a favorite.  I also really liked Trivial Pursuit, but wasn't that good at it.

  9. Settlers of Catan hands down. the game is different every time as you build the board and it requires thinking not just random events

  10. Life was the bomb when I was little. same as answer above, I wanted to live like that. Now I love Monopoly
