  1. Actually, all the cheeses from this region are fantastic but this one is my favorite:

    Pont-l’Evêque (AOC):

Very popular in France, Pont-l’Evêque is an uncooked, unpressed cow’s milk cheese that is square in shape. The pâte is soft, creamy pale yellow in color with a smooth, fine texture and a pungent aroma. The washed rind is white with a gentle hint of orange-brown.

  2. The following is a list of most of the norman cheeses...

    Camembert

    Neufchâtel

    Livarot

    Pont-L'évêque

    Carré de Bray

    Pavé d'Auge

    Bricquebec

    La Bouille et Mr Fromage

    Boursin

    Coutances

    Fin de siècle

    Excelsior et Brillat-Savarin

    Petit-Suisse

      (My favourite is the Boursin.)

  3. Camembert, Brillat Savarin, Pont-l’Evêque, Livarot

  4. Livarot!
