At the moment it's The new Scandinavian, thai and Indian, traditional and new French cuisine, Cajun and Caribbean, and Mexican.

If you mean certain food it's either Chicken Chili or Calamari.

If you mean Countries, China and Italy.

Thai!!!!!!  I spent 3 months in Thailand and love love love love love their food.  It is so amazing

My answer have a tremendous personal bias:

I love Chinese Seafood Cuisine:

Chinese food are tender and the cooking seems to fit my taste. If value is an issue, Chinese foods are much more reasonable for the money, compared to say Italian or French restaurant. The only thing you need to learn is how to use chop sticks...Many Americans try using chopstick for the first time during Chinese laureate...so they don't get much nutrition's and complain that  "after eating Chinese food very soon you are hungry again"  (Joke)

But as I said this is my personal bias.
