What is your favorite dinner?

Hi everybody! I was wanting some somewhat simple dinner ideas; so I'm curious what your favorite dinner is? Or if you have any simple dinner ideas.

a light pasta dish and a crab dinner.  Oh, and a big green leafy salad with lots of stuff in it.

I love Chicken Marsala. It is fairly simple, looks fancy, and tastes great. Paired with a salad and a crusty loaf of bread, its deeee-lish! The best thing about it is that you can use just about any type of pasta you want (I prefer linguine) or other starch like potatoes and it is fairly inexpensive yet satisfying. I have a few "favorite dinners", some of which I don't prepare for my family, but rather enjoy while dining out.  Here are some of the ones I do prepare at home, though:

1.  Meatloaf with bacon,onion, and a sweet and sour glaze; fresh green beans with onions and bacon; sour cream mashed potatos.

2.  Swedish Meatballs; egg noodles; fresh asparagas

3.  Grilled chicken b*****s (marinated overnight in Italian dressing); baked potato casserole; spinach salad

4.  Pork roast with sage; sweet potato bake; peas and onions

5.  Oven fried chicken; chicken gravey, mashed potatos, green beans

6.  Pasta salad with salami, red bell pepper, olives, chopped green onion, feta cheese, and Italian dressing; fresh fruit

7.  Potato Leek soup; warm rosemary potato bread; smoked gouda cheese; baby lettuce salad with sliced pears, candied walnuts, feta, and Champagne Vinagrette.
