My recent favorite quick meal is whizzing some cooked white beans (about 1 cup) in a blender or small food processor with some olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt and cumin.  Pool over cooked pasta (about 1/4 of a box of spaghetti).  Serve with something green and a slice of bread to scoop up any residual sauce.

Cheese & mushroom sauce  with meat.

I cook meat cuberoll or fresh beef or fillet steak in a table spoon of butter with a little worchester sauce. when the meat is ready as i want it cooked i put it in a plate and in the same pan i put another table spoon of butter and i cook an onion well chopped when the onion is soft not red i cook mushrooms also with the onion then when i see the mushrooms are ready i put a 1/4 of a glass white wine and then a 1/2 table spoon of mustard, and when the wine will be boiling i put cream (white cream) like grancucina or fresh cream if it's thick its better and 3 slices of chedar cheese when the cheese is melted its ready to serve on the meat.

you can serve with chips/ wedges or jacket potato

my partner is crazy about this recipe he really loves it
