Go to Beijing for Imperial cuisine, Szechuan for hot and spicy food, Cantonese for the most unique, Fujian for seafoods, Hunan for fragrant foods, Jiangsu for soft foods, Shandong for vegetarian cuisine, zhejiang for poultry and Anhui(h*i cuisine) for Halal based cuisine(for muslims)

Over 500 yerso of history, They even kill people preparing unhealty and tastless for the the royal family, The kichen crews had been traiened since 6 year old of age. and the head chef should have 40 years of experiece in kitchen. Kitchen occupies a big space in the palace.There are also doctors who are asign To kitchen for examination of ingridients. Imperial chefs should be the cleaniest people in the palace, Dish washing, Cleaning Imperial kitchen, is not a part of there job because there energy is just reserved for cooking. A lot of ingridient inside and outside the palace. and every headchef contributes to the history of chinese cuisine which the've written in the book of imperial cuisine. which is only the imperial head chef can only read.
