Monoply Junior is the best to play with littlies.  It is quicker and simplier then the real version and still is similar enough to be interesting for adults.  It is set around a theme park with each "property" being a ride or attraction.  When one of my children have to pay for a ride (because they landed on someone elses property) they have to act out the ride around the table.  Deals with basice games skills - turntaking, winning and loosing, as well as early reading and addition and subtraction of 1 to 5.  A winner in by book for the under eights.
