My big treat is sushi, made by a Japanese sushi chef.  Yum, Yum

I order sea urchin, soft shell crab, and large salmon eggs.

Dim Sum is my second favorite.  Some of my Chinese friends got me hooked on it.  I just started to savor chicken feet.  I was surprised how good it tasted. I like it cold, too.  .

Puerto Rican food you will be in your glory. I love the habuchuela y arroz (rice and beans) or a pastele(delicious must try) with tostones (fried plantanes) con picce (hot sause). hmm hmm deliciuos or the spanish fried porck chops and the spanish fried chicken or mabe even biste. Baccaloua is delicious as well. Too many food to name.
