What is your favorite food on-a-stick?

Our State Fair is offering mac 'n cheese on a stick this year. Gonna have to check that out...

Simple:

Pure and simply CORNDOGS... with dijon mustard

Complex:

Kobe-beef-tenderloin, lobster crab, shrimp, fried potato square, sauteed onion slice between each meat... all on a stick cooked as a fondue.; add a varity of peppers as well if you like it a little spicey... need a long stick... / serve it with a bean sprout - spinish salad with cherry tomatoes and sprinkled with sharp chedder cheeze, house dressing; also shrimp fried rice and sizzling rice soup. to drink: Champagne Aubry Brut Jouy-les-Reims Premier Cru ... obviousl i need more than a  stick.

Cheese and pineapple on those tiny cocktail stick things. I could eat those every day for the rest of my life and not complain. It's an unhealthy addiction.

Hot buttered corn on the cob, seasoned with a little garlic salt and pepper.  

I'm not much of a kabob person. If I bite in the wrong spot the food is going to land in my lap. So, I'd prefer a plate. But if it's grilled, chicken teriyaki kabobs, I'll be first in line.

Well, Reenie, you have uncovered on of my true passions. One of the hats I wear is a chef's. The problem with owning a restaurant is; there's too much frikken work to do. I helped build and operated many a nice joint. When people ask me if I will ever do it again, I tell them about "Stuff on a Stick."

There is a Japanese dish called Yakitori. It is very simple chicken, pork or beef on a stick. When we have our company picnic, we'll make a few thousand.

hmmm....that's a new one:  mac-n-cheese on a stick.  my favorite food on a stick is the grilled shish kabob w/shrimp, red and green peppers, mushrooms, and onions marinated in a teriyaki or ginger sesame sauce.
