  1. I love ma'klubah or upside down as we call it, with hummous. And the wonderful desserts.

    More than the food though its the togetherness of families, and above all- the closeness of spirituality that I adore most!

    I love Ramadan!

  3. fish & chips, cheese rolls, fruit salad & macaroni.

  4. for me the main dish is not important, rather the soup and salad are the things I care about the most.

    Dates of course! And then water or some other liquid. Muslims generally break their fast by eating dates. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is reported to have said: 'If anyone of you is fasting, let him break his fast with dates. In case he does not have them, then with water. Verily water is a purifier."
