after that its a mix up of gnr, pink floyd, mettalica, ect...

i like the solo in comfortably numb. it is so eerie, it sends shivers down my spine every time i listen to it.

Hotel California is a close second.

Stairway to heaven is a godly solo too.

i also like the one in the song Fire on High by ELO, it is short and simple but brilliantly done.

Anything by Slash, Stevie Ray Vaughn, David Gilmour(PInk Floyd), but a great one that everyone here should check out is the solo from my sharona by the Knack, it's f-ing amazing and most people have never noticed it because it's in such a goofy song!

Yes, its got to be Eric Clapton's Layla !

(at university back in the 70s we would try and synchronise our record players to blast it across the campus from our open widows !! Happy days !! )
