What is your favorite herb you use the most when cooking??

Mine is rosemary.

Tarragon on poultry or beef.

Dill.

My husband just made some beef tips with dill and onion, and it tasted terrific. Never thought dill would go with beef.

I also love mint - in fruit salad, tabbouleh, and in Greek macaroni and cheese, believe it or not! (I couldn't find the recipe online; I have it in a book.)

Basil.  I use basil in everything.  :)  And garlic....but that isn't a herb is it.  :)

when making chicken or steak its always good to buy those seasonings by McCormick for thechicken and steaks...VERYY gOOD...also when making steak add soysause to it like marinate t in it...its awesomeee

i use "basil" on steamed veggies and poultry.

i use "bay leaves & oregano" in tomato sauces.

i use "italian" when preparing tossed salads.

Lemongrass and parsley with fish

Different herbs with chicken or beef as it depends on what recipe I'm using.

I don't cook most of the herbs I like best to give a fresh flavor.

I use basil pesto for bruschettas and cilantro for fresh Pico de Gallo.
