What is your favorite homemade lunch meal?

well, i like pasta with chicken,

delicious with some like garlic bread

i love homemade chicken salad - my favorite version uses curry powder, chopped apples and/or grapes, diced onion, & chopped pecans or walnuts if desired in addition to the usual shredded chicken, mayo, salt & pepper. (the curry flavor might sound weird in chicken salad, but trust me it's delicious!)
