For appetizer it might be spinach salad with Italian sauce, red/green/yellow bell pepers. For main dish is Fettucini Alfredo with garlic on top of the creamy sauce, and grilled chicken slices also. For Desert would be a slice of Cassata alla Sciliana (delicious!)
