What is your favorite kind of fish that you like to eat?

Mine is sushi.

The kind I've caught myself.

Because I live near the Pacific Ocean I've been out fishing many times; sometimes on private boats, sometimes on charter boats.

I've fished the waters off California, Mexico and Hawaii.

But I think I would have to say tuna is my favorite to eat. Also halibut.

Pan-seared or grilled wild caught Salmon.  I don't eat any type of farm-raised fish.
