spicy scallop hand roll (has a spicy mayo in it), spicy salmon hand roll, tuna sashimi, unagi, california roll (crab + avocado)... actually almost all of them! my favorite food!!!!

Nigiri: Salmon, Yellowtail, Mackerel, Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe. My favorite roll is called a Noble Roll: Broiled salmon skin, avocado, cucumber, pickled veggies and Japanese mayo.

When I worked in Japan I alway like the Unagi (eel) and the spanish mackeral, here in Canada and North America I to am into the rolled styles veggie and with the artifical crabmeat.

I go to a palce here in Toronto and pay around $15 can, for an all you can eat place, with rtea and dessert it is very nice. I did have fugu when in Japan and lobster that was plucked form a tank really fresh, I am not fond of the store made ones, they lack the flavour of the restaurant ones.

I like all kinds of sushi, but spider rolls (soft shell crab) and unagi (eel rolls) are my favorites!  I think masago adds a nice texture as well.
