What is your favorite kind of sushi?

Have you eaten sushi for a long time? What made you want to try sushi? I have eaten several at a Chinese restaurant. Do you worry about the risk of eaten raw fish?

There is nothing wrong with eating raw fish as long as it is fresh and kept chilled. I prefer vegetables.

I like all kinds of sushi, california rolls and tempura except for the smelt egg. i took japanese for two years so our teacher was huge on the culture aspect of it. that's when i first tried it. I do worry but i enjoy eating sushi so much, that it out weights my concerns

Yes i have been eating sushi for a while. I just decided to try it.Tempura rolls are AWESOME! they are so good. But i dont raw sushi. Wierd, you had sushi at a Chinese restaurant? Sushi is Japanese food. lol

I eat sushi because its good. My favorite kind of sushi is philadelphia and no I dont worry about eating raw fish.

Yes, I've eaten sushi for a long time.

I don't know what made me want to try it. My aunt makes them....well, now my brother does. LOL

What's the risk of eating raw fish?

My favorite kind is the Philadelphia roll - it's salmon and cream cheese in rice.  It's like eating a bagel, but in sushi form.  the risk from eating raw fish is minimal if the sushi is carefully prepared by a proper sushi chef.

I love the ebi ebi roll and the yam roll.

My parents started making it when I was about 10 because we loved it so much so I thought it was a normal thing to eat.  

I don't really eat the raw stuff so much but as long as it has been frozen and thawed correctly it is definitely safe to eat.
