  4. Ummm... I like salad things, adding pasta to them, or skinless grilled chicken, maybe even tuna... always good.

    Moderate amounts of pasta with tomatoe based sauces are good as well...

    That's all that jumps to my head at the moment.

  5. Barbecued turkey kebabs with tzatziki.

  8. Healthy fats --like in Avocado-- actually help one to burn fat.

    I don't eat unhealthy fats or carbs, so I don't worry about eating low fat food.  (Healthy carbs include filling fiber.)

    When I saw your Q, I immediately thought of this:

    plain yoghurt + agave nectar to taste + lemon-flavored cod liver oil

    Quit scrunching up your face--you'll get WRINKLEs! (;

    It actually tastes WONDERFUL!

    And, the CLO has natural vitamins A & D.

    The Lemon-grass or lemon-verbena makes it taste like lemon desert--with NO fishy taste or smell!

    The agave nectar is slow-absorbing, tastes sweeter than sugar, but has fewer carbs---So, you get fewer calories, & gain less weight + get no blood-sugar lows or highs!  (It is recommended for diabetics.)

    Eat plenty of HEALTHY fats, & HEALTHY carbs,

    for long-term health benefits & weight loss!
