What is your favorite market index to use (meaning Sp500, NASDAQ etc. )?

Which do you like the best and why?

The S & P 500 is generally accepted as the best indicator of the market's performance by professional stock investors.  If a particular type of investor is only in tech stocks probably the NAZ.  But, the multiple choice answer would S & P 500.

S&P is referenced by all the Pros for a reason - it's the most relevant and reliable indicator among the major indeces. With its broader base, it's a much more practical indicator of the marketplace.
