So hard to answer this one but I'll go for Carne Asada tacos with rice & refried beans. Since I'm going mexican, let's finish it off with some flan. To drink, I guess we will stay in the family & have horchate if it's lunch & a margarita on the rocks if it's a dinner. Yummy all the way!

nem (thai spring rolls wrapped in lettuce with shredded mint and a sweet chilli dip)

seafood vermicelli (hot and spicy)

stir fry veg with soy, garlic, ginger n chilli (and some plain boiled rice please ;) )

all washed down with white wine..

erm desert? i dunno you can choose... maybe a homemade pavlova!!
