A salad with either ranch or thousand island dressing with cut up vegetables in it. Spaghetti or some type of pasta. Then for dessert a chocolate brownie!! Then some milk to drink!

Chicken Marsala with angel hair.

Ingredients: 2 Chicken b*****s, Pasta for 2, 1 cup sliced reg Mushrooms, alot of butter, 2 cups cheap white wine (fresh garlic if you want).

Process: melt the butter and trim the b*****s, place b*****s on pan of melted butter, throw in mushrooms, pour white wine over chicken / mushrooms /butter (set to med).  Seperate: whisk water / cornstarch or water / flour in cup, add thickener and slowly whisk into sauce until thickend.

toss the pasta into the chicken /sauce and mix and serve!

Add crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and ALOT of parm!

i'm extremely partial to any creamy or cheesy italian dish -- like fettucini alfredo, eggplant parmesan, lasagna, cheese ravioli, etc -- or just plain old mac & cheese!  i also have the worst sweet tooth ever; i love pretty much every dessert, but my favorites are ice cream, fudgy brownies, & cake with lots of frosting :-D  oh man now i'm hungry!!
