What is your favorite mediation execrise ? best time to do it ?

i usually meditate by not to on the music because meditating with music will distract you and also make you rely more on music everytime u meditate

the best time to medidate depends on which school of meditation u learn

i meditate just to relax myself and control Chi flow of the body

And i was told that the best time is between 4-7am in the morning and never ever meditate time between 11-12am

thats all i know

i personally know people who meditate very well and saw the effect

mine is putting on certain instrumental music that i like (you could choose whatever music you want), closing all the shades, turning off all the lights, basically relying only on sound and touch for my senses, and practice breathing.
