What is your favorite memory as a child

Its hard to pick for me, but I would have to say I remember going out in the summer chasing fireflies and watching the stars on a warm crisp night.

Wow! There are so many things I remember about my childhood, but I remember playing outside all day from the time we woke up until it was dinner time and then back out again. We played in the trees, made mud pies, caught frogs and lizards and crickets. We didnt have t.v. or video games, no computer so no internet, no cell phones, I LOVE it!

When I was about 10, there were these two boys in my neighborhood (and they still are here), but we were/are the three amigos forever. One summer day we went to the park and we would just play games like truth or dare or obsticle course, but then it started to rain and we lived a walking distance of maybe 5 mins from the park, so we decided to just stay there. The jungle gym had three different slides, so we all laid under our own slide and actually fell asleep there for a good hour, not getting a single drop wet.

It was so soothing, the three of us just didn't care.

Our parents though... oh goshhh. 11 at night, three little kids, raining... our parents got so scared. We walked home when the rain let up and our parents were yelling, but oh well, we had a good time just hanging at the park [: ♥
