What is your favorite menu item from McDonalds?

Huh??? 27 answers already and no one said Egg McMuffin - come on - this is the world's most perfect food. And oddly enough, it's one of the healthiest items on MickeyD's menu (that's the original Egg McMuffin, not a Sausage McMuffin). Oh, I wish it were morning, I'm craving one now...

Mine is the Double Cheeseburger.

My McDonald's has Free Refills if you dine in.  And they just started the McRib again.  That's possibly their worst sandwich (in my opinion), but a lot of people love 'em.

some very good idias at mcdonalds is STAY HELTHY try with a burger a a yogurt purfruit.(but on the days when i can eat what i want, i have a burger and fries!)
