My brother had a 427 Camaro with powerglide transmission. It would not spin its tires from a stop, but at 60 mph it would. Nothing like pulling out to pass someone and peeling rubber on the way by.

1971 Chevelle 350. Because it has an amazing and aggressive stance. Fairly reliable too. And if tuned correctly, very quick.

For all out performance the AC Cobra 0-100 & back to 0 in 13 seconds in the 60's unheard of until euro cars in the 90's.
