What is your favorite neighborhood restaurant in the South Beach/Mission Bay area?

Just to clarify: I'm looking for places in Mission Bay, as opposed to the Mission district. I like La Palma as well, but I would place it in the Mission District, not Mission Bay.

well, tres agaves has the best margaritas.

but in mission, la palma mexicatessen has great food.  get the chicken tacos made with their handmade tortillas
