i actually really likr orange and mango juice for nmo other reason than it tastes good!

2 months ago I would have said Dr. Pepper.... But that was before diabetes was flung into our life..

Today.. I have to answer..WATER. It is refreshing, quenches the thirst. Isnt sugary sweet like soda or diet soda. And the colder it is the better it tastes...

So WATER it is !

Iced tea with lemon, no sugar.  It tastes good, it's refreshing, it's a great way to get my water, no sugar so I don't get jumpy, and no carbonation to get bloated.



It's hard to believe I used to drink 12+ Mountain Dews a day!
