  1. Well I am glad I get to answer a question like this. First-off, the charger has terrible ratings. That new 5.7 full size Tundra made by Toyota, 5400 pounds, is the same from 0-60 as the 5.7 Charger. Now lets let that one go. K. Now, if you want something that will run, reliable, stock and nice looking, you can go with the 2door V-6 Accord, the 2dr Nissan 350Z, V6 as well, Accord 0-60, V6 now, in about 6 seconds. Which sounds like a better deal? 5.7 gas hog, once a hemi always a hemi, he he, or a cheaper, easier on gas and more reliable honda accord? Last but not least, automatic 6spd, 0-60 SE Camry, they got the kinks out, still a Toyota, good thing, 6.5 and it is a so-called family car. 4door and looks fabulous. I looked and drove the SE Camry, black leather seats, sunroof, beautiful car, fell in love, but had bought the same thing in the XLE. Nice, nice, nice. Now for the style, dependability and money, plus cheaper on fuel, which seems better? You decide, but the answer is in black and white. The hemi has been pushed up to over 400 hp, Tundra 5.7 is under 400hp, (381) 2 B exact, weighs the same as the dodge truck, and is still faster. Oh yeah, a lot more so-called power under the hood, hm hm, can't get it to the ground and still is slower. Now come on, if a 5400 pound crew max truck can be faster from 0-60 than a smaller car with a  V-8, why waste the money? But we are all different, and that is what makes the world go around. No offense, please, about the hemi, just he truth so no money is wasted. God Bless, and good luck.

  2. I like Corvette's the best especially the ZO6 for the money they can't be beat.

  3. Old cars the 1966-1967 Dodge Charger with a 426 Hemi.  Newer Cars The new Challenger looks good if they don't kill the manual transmission option.

  4. Current cars: i would pick the Dodge Charger commerical edition. Also known as the Police Car. Has a lot of good options, and the v8 option I understand has a lot of power. Also computer-assisted steering, everything coolers, limited slip differential, etc.

  5. All around and affordable is corvette. Maserati's and Ferrari's are a little bit out of reach. My corvette ran so smooth you would look down and were doin 80. Too many tickets. Needed to get rid of it. As for performance and a little rougher ride was my 66 chevelle ss 396. One real bad ride. Had great low end and top end. A very good all around car. Great for just driving around or drag racin.

  6. I just loved my Miata until some idiot ran a red and totaled it. Driving it at speed down the Arroyo Seco parkway from Pasadena to LA wa sbetter than s*x. And the only thing that could keep up to me on a windy road was a Boxster.

Driving the coast road in a Miata is a pure joy that a straight out high acceleration car cannot match. Being able to go around corners as if the car was on rails is where performance started to become orgasmic.
