My favorite place for chicken is Chick-Fil-A, which really sucks because I live in Detroit and they don't have them here.  I'm not a big fan of KFC, Popeye's, or any of the other chains, and it's really tough to find a local mom-and-pop place that does good chicken.

Ohio-Hubby likes Popeye's (not as hot as he likes it when he lived in FL) and I like Church's or Woody's. Hardee's was but it's no longer around here.

In NC-Bojangles was great.

I am a former chef and we have several Popeye Chicken and Biscuits here in Toronto On Canada, I worked at KFC as a youth so I cannot stand the smell of it anymore, even going by on the bus/streetcar, makes me nausea.

Here we have a Portuguese style, barbecue style I have found to be nice, alot like the chain Nandos, or a nice Jamaican Jerk Chicken from one of many Jamaican places, here there are so many options it is hard decide sometimes.

I love Popeyes, its the best!!!! The variety, the recipes...great place. I love Portuguese chicken too but I can only get it when I go to Jersey! I reside in Charlotte,NC and locally I get Bojangles....we do not have Popeyes here( so sad,lol).
