allrecipes is great great great but I also like cooks.com and magazine sites like better homes and gardens, southern living, etc.

Fact is, I haven't even looked at a cookbook in YEARS!

because they have so many cooks and ive seen it cooked on tv to know what it looks like.;)

This would be my favourite meal.

Braised Beef Shin on the Bone, (or Lamb Shanks) with Onion Gravy.

Roast Potatoes, Parsnips & Steamed Frozen Minted Peas.
