Ok, so I love to cook, and I need to make a fun and easy 3 course meal (apitizer, main dish and dessert) please help!!!!!!!!!

i cheat when cooking.  i was taught that the secret to good cooking is knowing which package to open.  so this isn't from scratch, but it all tastes REALLY good, and pleases the masses!  how about italian?  

pizza dip/fondue

1 lb ground beef or ground italian sausage, cooked and drained

1 med. green pepper, chopped

1 med. onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 14 oz jar pizza sauce

1 c jack or mozzarella cheese

combine all ingredients until cheese is melted.  use italian or french bread chunks as dippers.

chicken pesto:

1 lb chicken breast cut into bite size pieces

seasonings to taste: seasoning salt, garlic, italian seasoning, pepper

1 pkg creamy pesto sauce mix (knorr makes this)

3/4 lb rotini or penne pasta

cook chicken in 1-2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings until done.  cook pasta according to package directions.  cook sauce according to package directions.  drain pasta.  toss a bit of olive oil in to prevent sticking.  toss chicken in pasta.  serve topped with pesto sauce and parmesan (if desired).

cheesecake:

graham cracker crust

tub of philly cheesecake filling

self explanatory :)  top with cherry or raspberr y pie filling

To Start-

Prawn Cocktail easy peesey

wash prawns, de-head all that jazz

then get some mayo, and lettuce and 2 table spoons of tom sauce really yummy

Main- Toad in the hole.

Part cook some sausages, and make up some english pancake batter, add a pinch of salt and instead of using plain flour use self raising and a tea spoon of baking powder, add that batter to the sausage tray, once the batter has risen and the sausages are cooked, serve with hearty veggie, with a nice onion gravy

For Dessert- Cook a plain sponge cake, with sugar and stuff but no more flavor, then cut sponge cake in half, fill with jam and pour over the top, warm vanilla custard

you can make tiramisu for dessert. It is very easy to make, just look up the recipe on line. It appears that mine is missing :(

I am not familiar with appetizers..

Recently my mom told me this recipe for sweet and sour chicken that turned out pretty good:

fry chicken with peppers and whatever veggies you like + a small can of pineapple pieces. In another pan caramelize sugar.  Put one spoon butter and 1 spoon sugar, be careful not to burn the sugar so make sure u use medium low heat. after it turns a little brown put a little vinegar and ketchup, just enough to cover the chicken. and eat with some white rice! ;)

bacon wrapped scallops on mashed potatoes, crab cakes, and idk about dessert. but yeah those first two=good stuff

appetizer--a great big salad(can't get any easier than that!)

main course--spaghetti and meatballs or ziti or linguini w/ white or red sauce and garlic bread alongside

dessert--sorbet w/fresh fruit alongside

easy and fairly nutritious!
