What is your favorite region in Italy? Why?

I have been fascinated with Tuscany, although I have not been to Italy yet.

Please tell me what region you like the best and what is so great about it. I would love to know more about other areas.

I loved Venice.  Something about a city pretty much floating on water was just amazing.

Although tuscany has been a very  well knownregion in Italy in these past years, undoubtedly, Campania is the best I have been to Italy like 20 time now and i am 100% Italian. Tuscany is like campania but not as good. THe must see place in Campania is Naples and the Pizza and the Pastries are the best in ITaly u can not compare them with those of tuscany. But don't get me wrong tuscany is still a beautiful place to go visit. I just think that campania and southern Italy is much better. Food wise too!Trust me. (u must try the rabbit if u ever go to italy it is the best.

I was like you, fascinated with Italy but never had been there. When you have the chance, at the same moment your airplane arrives, you will start to feel a different sensation. I couldnt wait to see the city. I visited Rome and Florence, went to Pisa to see the tower. But I cant decide wich plac is better. All of them are very romantic, full of history, rich in culture. So you will love every place you visit in Italy. It is a religious experience.

i like sicily. it is more interesting place to me, beach , mountains, ancient places, foods, streets, gardens, shopping , environment and all are cool for me. I like to live there

Piedmont is the best . It has everything that Tuscany has and more . Snow capped alpine peaks of the north. gorgeous hill towns and the most beautiful of wine regions. The food is out of this world. The Val di Susa with it's castles and monastries. Turin the savoy city once capital of Italy- I could go on and on . The best thing is that despite being so wondeful it is nearly devoid of tourists.  Discover it before the rest of the world does.
