Well usually the chains are not the best.  But since you are asking assuming that you want it to be in in your neck of the woods too... I would have to say Bertucci's or P.F. Chang's.

Pogo De Chao.  brazillian steakhouse.  basically its a high priced buffet but its well worth the money.  if you are a meat lover, trust me, THIS is the place for you.

Olive Garden is really good. They have fantastic Salad and Breadsticks that I crave all the time, and they're one of the only Italian resteraunts I've ever been to that has wheat pasta.

Any Italian place, really. The only problem with Olive Garden is the servers always kind of suck. They must get too many tables or something.

I agree with Tommy, Pizzeria Uno is excellent!  I also like, Outback, Provinos and just about any Japanese steak house.

if you wait, there are peanuts and they also sell beer,

the sweet butter with their fresh baked bread is delicious,

the staff are always really friendly and they always seem like theyre having a good time

A place called El Novillo. It is a Nicagaruan restaurant in Miami Lakes, FL

The food is phenomenal and their rice and peas is made the way they make it back in Jamaica.

I am drooling just thinking about it.
