im having a party this weekend and i dont know how to make good smoothies. what advice do u have???

  1. throw **** in a blender and mix it up. lol you just have to experiment.


  2. i have my own recipe smoothie.

    add 8 oz of any juice

    banana

    sherbet

    ice

    =] comes out like jamba juice.
