The Capital Grille.  I've dined in 4 of them (I think there are 30 across the country).  The food is pricey, but always good.  The Porcini Rubbed Delmonico with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar is the best steak ever.

Flemings Steakhouse and Wine Bar

Its absolutely fabulous.  Its all ala carte, so its a little on the pricey side to dine there, but the food is just wonderful and the atmosphere is great.  If you're looking for kind of a "fancy" night out, its a great place to go.  Flemings is owned by Outback Steakhouse, but is their more upscale restaurant.

What a great question.  My favorite steakhouse is by far Ruth's Chris.  

What makes Ruth's Chris steaks so great is that first they use only the USDA Prime beef.  Then the steaks are seared at 1800 degrees, and brought to you still sizzling on the plate.  Perfection.   Personally, I recommend their New York Strip, simply amazing.

The dining experience couldn't be better.  I've eaten a Ruth's Chris steakhouses all across the country and have never been disappointed.  The service is excellent, and of course the food is wonderful.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mortons...its a chain...I've been to at least 5 of them and the quality never ceases to impress...

Sure every town has a nice little steak house with a dish you cant get anywhere else, but for my money I'm sticking with Mortons

Will Explain:  80.00 bill, included 3 alcoholic drinks, two appetizers, a 16 oz. steak for 16 bucks cooked to perfection, fried sirloin steaks for 10 bucks, Portabella mushroom chicken for 10.00, and fried chicken for 10 bucks!  Plus drinks and a 10.00 tip!  

Oh, and homemade rolls with cinnamon butter, and all homemade sides and salad dressings!
