What is your favorite tool, or handy device?

I like to carry one of those tiny bright white, LED flashlights. It weighs only an ounce or so, including batteries, and seems tohave very long batery life. I really like this tool! It is surprising how often, better light is required for a given task. What cool tool do you find indispensable?

I always keep an Allen key handy, its amazing how much put together yourself furniture, these days requires one and they all seem to be the same size allen key, and the moment you have to move a piece that requires one, then one is never to be found.

I got this adjustable wrench with a ratchet on it... it's pretty sweet...

it can just adjust to almost any bolt size and with the handy ratchet action, it's quick...
